There's a lot of work to be done, and major repairs (understatement) to be made. The building is a Death Trap. The roof was blown clean off in high winds, and is so unsafe, even with occupants, the Fire Department will not enter it, if there's a fire. Apperently, it's also divided up in maze-like fashion. Also note the severe settling between the hillside portion, and the lower portion. What fun they'll have dealing with that. All I can say is, if this is being redone, GOOD LUCK! You'll need (a lot of) it!
